Officially? vgchartz numbers? Check Jan 4 2014. The PS3 was more than 500K ahead. Still according to vgchartz it kept overselling the X360 every week but vgchartz realigned the numbers in favor of the X360. But yeah, for now we can say it is a tie.
Still the 7th generation isn't over yet. It will be when all consoles will be out of profuction. I'd like to remind that the PS3 is outselling even the XB1 thus the old consoles do matter.
