It's not tested anywhere. There hasn't been a single case where people were pissed because of the non-cel-shaded prepresentations of Pokemon in Mystery Dungeon, Stadium 1+2, Snap, Hey You Pikachu, Pokemon Channel, PokePark 1+2, PBR, or the 3DS Pokedex. People just haven't been given be option for anything else. If I had the option for the Pokedex 3D Pro graophics instead of what's in X and Y, I'd change it in a heartbeat and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
