just asking here. Why should you apologize for complaining about something that was obviously wrong at the time. Even if they fix the issue, noone in this thread should apologize for saying this is a dick move by Sony.
and off topic: I knew this was somehow going to be spun into a Sony vs Microsoft thread. Why?
