1 - Look at Steam, Apple Store and Amazon Prime.

2 - Well, you can find many threads here comparing PS4 to Wii. But I will add, PS4 is risking puting numbers bellow the 360 first summer.

Dude, are you a Sony shareholder? I can you I´m not a Microsoft or Sony or any other company investidor. But look at those curvers fro mthe last year and tell me how Sony "winning" helped them.
