You are comparing apples to apples in a few cases there, you really can't compare Uncharted to Jak3...
But one game that I think will do awsome on the PS3 is GT5. Sim Racing is one of the few genres that graphics really do matter ALOT, and GT5 look photoreal.. Could be a huge seller. I think GTA will not catch on for the PS3 as much as many of you think it will do to the hardcore nature of the PS3 fans and relativly casual nature GTA gamers. GTA seems to fit the 360 audience better.
If any PS3 game sells 10 million in the next few years it will be GT5(not MGS4 or GTA4)

Wii- 72 million 3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases
360- 37 million Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak
PS3- 29 million Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut
