Anywhere from 5 to 7 Million. I don't think the 3DS version will have any cannibalistic effect on the Wii U version, just that the series is going back to GameCube levels of popularity. There's absolutely no chance of it getting remotely close to Brawl.

It could, however, reach 12 Million combined.
