I think by the holidays they will drop the price another $50 and probably include a bundled game and I think at that point it will take off. The original Xbox was good graphically, and for some a late entry into the console race it was a good console, it just had to compete against the best selling console ever. They did a lot right with the 360 and there are a lot of people who love their 360, they will be loyal, MS just really misjudged on the Kinect and price and had they come out at $350 with no Kinect in the beginning they would be in the lead. They can still recover, the $100 is the first step, hopefully by the holidays they have some good software. Personally $300 is my price point for both these consoles, and by next year they both will be $300.
