No, Europe gets it a week after japan+US. Also canada doesn't get it same day as US

Despite BW userbase 4x bigger than XY userbase, Europe is the only region where XY (2.57mil) it can overtake BW (2.93mil). It needs less than  360k to surpass it.

Keep in mind that vgc has pokemon xy undertracked by about 1mil(includes digital) . Those sales would most likely go to Europe as US is undertracked by about 200k-300k and Japan is about on tracked! 

im talking about the major decline in europe.... im not talking about genn 6... im saying they made it a europe theme to maybe GAIN back european market.... and the numbers are showing....

 

also i hate to use Europe's number for BW since BW is one of the most pirated game in europe.
