Dude, read the article before commenting. It  says right in there quoted it is not a problem in the UK. It uses Germany as an example.

Similarly you could read my post. Namely the highlighted part. Here it is again:

I agree it's not an issue here in the UK as I said in my initial post. But, haven't been to Europe so can't tell there
