Out of all the gamers in the world what percent usually sit in front of the TV or monitor on their own? I would say a lot.
Handheld gaming is a solo art.
Most people already play by themselves anyway. VR is just an extension of that.
As far as Miyamoto is concerned processing power don't matter in a console either.
Sounds like Balmer on the iPod, iPhone, iPad, Wii remote ....
