Apple genuinely would be best IMO and they have the cash to throw at this. They probably wouldn't interfere too much beyond upping the level of quality control and changing which platforms releases are on. Crucially for them it locks in Ace Attorney for them, they could force ports of all Ace Attorney games in glorious Retina resolutions for iPad and iPhones. I think it makes most sense for Apple to try and take it.
Sorry, Resident Evil fans and Monster Hunter fans, but Ace Attorney is more important ;)
