Handheld? I'm thinking might keep some 2DS type name. Maybe just keep it going and say 4DS, regardless of how much sense that makes. Unless of course they do something so drastically different than the two screens.
Console. For sure a new name. I think they learned big time that a name can be confusing to many people and they tried to hard to be clever with names with consoles that I can see them just starting fresh and being LIke this is Nintendo or something.
