Would Nintendo buying Capcom solve all their problems? Will the others ever allow Nintendo to do this?

Woah woah no. It wouldn't solve all their problems. It would be the first big step towards solving their problems. They'd need to buy a lot more than Capcom. They need to invest starting with Capcom, not ending with them.
