Would Nintendo buying Capcom solve all their problems? Will the others ever allow Nintendo to do this?

It would help them quite a bit and would help get the core audience on board with the Wii U a bit more if they brought the next Resident Evil to Wii U only and many other games. Nintendo could also use some more developers to help develop their own IPs. I want Nintendo to be the ones to buy them because I am a huge Ace Attorney fan boy and I am afraid to see what Sony or Microsoft would do to my most beloved series...
