Twilight Princess, but not for WiiU. It's too soon, I'd like there to be at least a full generation in between original and remake (of any game) for it to be worthwhile. Therefore TP for the next Nintendo system.
If you remake any of the early games you might as well just make a new one, because that would be just as much work.
