Why so much excitement about Capcom?

I don't think Nintendo has any interest in most of Capcom Studios, only in the IPs...
This probably means the cost to Nintendo is greater, in the short term, due to employment laws (idon't know how they work on Japan though).

I hope for Nintendo too, but MS / EA are faster at this.
