Yes both were shipped numbers. Why isn't Sony talking about the percentage increase for Vita? Reggie boasted 400%, why can't Sony boast 1600%?

Sony America really is terrible with PR.

Maybe they are aware it's nothing to boast about, unlike Nintendo
