Technically gamestop is the flat out worst source to listen to. There information is always somewhat slanted. Hell, before launch they claimed that XB1 pre-orders were the best its ever been... while that may have been true compared to the 360, it was a slanted press release conveninetly ommitting that PS4 pre-orders were outstriping it.
That aside, i don't see the XB1 winning the PS4 at $399. Its not like the problem with XB1 was ever "this is the better console but its $100 more" Its been " this is the worse console and should be cheaper than the PS4". At $400, the PS4 is still the better console and the gaming public knows that.
