Which is fine for an open world. But cloud processing is not limiting the system in any way. the render of the actual scene on the console is what will determine if it is 30 or 60 fps.

No, what happens is that the game stops just like any game dependent on the internet. Make the game online only and you do not have to worry about all these types of question. It would make it much easier for the devs and reduce consumer confusion.

Thats the great thing about having the buying option, you can easily op out. Will you be the same way with The Division and Destiny. Did you make that same determination with Diablo 3 or its expansion. Do you have the same mindset for MMOs. Either way, the only thing that matters if MS can show a need for always online for SP games. Who knows cloud compute might only be for games like Crackdown where there is a SP where people can drop in and out.
