Game companies don´t have the tradition to disclaim sales for every title very often. EA is even more slight. Others, like Sony, like to show some few milestones.

Yes, and they are the only one that tries to do that.

So, we have no idea how SW are, unless companies disclaim them. And they don´t to that at weekly or monthly basis.
