Seems super cloudy and grey to focus more detail in the foreground, unlike Sunset. Also SO has more going on while playing.

Well Seattle is pretty cloudy at times.

But they're both 30 fps though. (Well I:ss is unlocked)

Edit: There's no reason why this game couldn't be 1080P.
