Not sure if this really qualifies, but nevertheless, Nintendo gets praised by it's fans for anything, and I mean ANYTHING, simply because it's Nintendo. I know all fanboys have their issues, but Ninty fans are notorious for treating everything Nintendo creates as if it were god. I mean Nintendo could literally create a console that is nothing more than a pile of feces, but their fans would still love it. Even more sadly, people who are just regular fans of Nintendo (like myself) are usually afraid to say anything negative about Nitnendo in things like online forums because these rabid extremist fans swarm in droves and attack them. I'm a hardcore Sony fan; I game pretty much exclusively on their platform, but even I criticize them when they get it wrong. Hell, I thought this E3 was one of the worst in years for them, with the exception of a few trailers.
I pretty much just went on a tangent, but I hope you see where I'm getting with this.
