The Wii has had 8 weeks in its life when it sales were less than 200k

The PS3 has had 9 weeks in its life when its sales were over 200k

note- I did this on a really quick check, so I could be off 1-2 either was for the PS3, I am pretty sure the Wii number is 7... and should be that way for a while.

Note- This is to show how great Wii sales are, not to discredit PS3 sales. PS3 is looking up in 08(at least in the west) and sales have been strong all year and it still has MGS4, GT5, and FFXIII mega exclusives to push it up... Needless to say, it won't effect Wii sales, but it will effect 360 sales.

Here's another interesting fact:

PS3 has 8 games with less than a 50% rating, and 48 with over 80%.

Wii has 33 games with less than a 50% rating, and 15 games with over 80%.

Here's another Tidbit:

Wii has been at least $150 cheaper the whole time both consoles have been out!

How about this, Blu Ray won the format war because of PS3/Sony. Wii can't even play DVD's.

So your thread is 100% flamebait as we all know, so check back in after GTA4, MGS4, etc, etc.

...sigh....

How about this, I"m almost as sick of Sonybots spewing their same litanous bullshit as Wii fans reveling in their dominance. And I'm sick of 360 fans just for existing. Seriously, just because your beloved system succeeds does not mean that you, by extension of being a dedicated fan, are also any more succesful. Find something more worthwhile in live. You're doing the equivalent of rooting on and passionately defending General Electric toasters; saying that they're the best toasters ever, they have more complex heating techniques, toast more high quality bread, etc. Would you do that? No. So why do it for a console?

"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY."  --Hermann Goering, leading Nazi party member, at the Nuremberg War Crime Trials
