What ? Mario Maker and Mario vs Donkey Kong will release as retail versions ?

I want Mario Maker. It better not be 60 dollars. I don't see it having that much content to make it worth full admission. The same goes for Mario vs Donkey Kong but I don't want that game so I am not sweating its price.
