Will Nintendo make another handheld?

Let's predict this. As we all know the handheld market is shrinking at a rapid rate. Even though the 3DS provided great sales last year, it still didn't meet predictions and wasn't anywhere close to it's older brother the DS. Could the 3DS be the final Nintendo handheld, or will the brave the odds and make another one? You guys tell me what you think will happen.
