Well yeah I can see it that way if you're talking about markets. I was just meaning Europe, Japan, rest of the world in general. Its just not like 360's where US/UK comes more than 60% of the console's sales.

Europe consists of many countries. They have to start somewhere, so the biggest market seems like the logical choice. The rest should get it eventually.
