You're implying that the 4m people who loved SS and the 4m people who loved WW and the 1m people who loved WWHD don't already "like what they like." What he's saying is that he's trying to please everyone, because there are just as many people who would be pissed if Zelda U looked like the tech demo.

I'm seriously glad that this is their idea of "being cautious."
