Hard question.
They all have something good and bad. Wind Waker Link isn't exactly pretty, but he fits with the style of the game. Something else wouldn't. Ocarina of Time Link, especially Adult Link, wasn't a looker either. Not necessarily because of the tech, but because he just has a weird face and big hair. However, the improvements to the same Link in Majora's Mask made it a lot better already, and with OoT3D they made the character look like he was always supposed to. I think both Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword Links are handsome enough (for a dude 
) and I'm hesitant to say anything about the new Link because we barely saw anything good yet.
I think I'll still go with Toon Link, because he's the least good looking if I ignore the style of the rest of the game.
