Yes but a lot of the let's play video, especially the good one are edited and the Wii U doesn't currently have those, and there is no garentee they would be used if supplied, as eveidenced by 90% of PS4/One feeds.

This is also why you can only upload auto-edited highlight reels from MKTV, which, incidentally, are timed with the music, and have only minor tools for the user to tweak (focus on certain characters, items and so on)
