Nintendo needs more games, either 3rd party or by purchasing a third party. Sega would be redundant and too expensive (they're not struggling, btw). Capcom could be a good fit. But just regular third party support would be better. People like AC, COD, etc. It's not that there isn't games on Wii U, it's that there isn't THOSE games, and people like those games and they're heavily promoted.
Someone like Capcom would provide some great titles with dedicated fans and add to the reasons to own a Wii U though. And that might help encourage third party support.
