I don't think it will be full retail price, maybe 40 U$, or at least that is my bet, I am sure they had been working on it since october 2013, but as you said they are reusing a lot of the assets of SM3DW, it could also be 30 U$, but I am thinking 40 could be a fair price, this can have many levels and use the Gamepad a lot.
