Should Yoshi's Whooly world be a 3D game? 3D is dead on Nintendo consoles? Game looks amazing though.....

Their unhealthy obsession with 2D is a huge reason why they're failing. If all the 2D games the released and planned to release where their 3D variants, they'd sell way better. Leave 2D to handhelds.

3D would cost way more. They're probably just looking to make a quick buck off this and the Kirby game which kinda looks like shit to be honest.

3D games sell more consoles. No one is buying a Wii U for Yarn Yoshi, Clay Kirby, and Donkey Kong Country. Many people would for a 3D open world Donkey Kong in HD, a 3D Kirby game, or a 3D open world Mario.
