I don't notice a major difference. It is not even close to FFXIII level. Actually, character models don't even look on par with God Eater 2 (that I'm playing atm). But don't misunderstand me, the game still looks fascinating. 

Gotcha. The environment in the game is definitely the main spectacle of this game's graphic.

Regarding Smash Bros: No edge guarding!
