Nintendo's consciously going out of its way to make it so. Which isn't all sushine and roses: the number of 3DS games they've covered consists of the Pokemon remakes and publishing Fantasy Life...

There was a new Mario vs. Donkey kong as well wasn't there?

Besides this topic is about a new 3DS game as well.  

Wasn't Mario vs. DK for Wii U? I'm sure I read that somewhere.
