Well, gebx did win, but by claiming he'd wait for NPD's number, (backing off the core of the bet), he himself is casting doubt about VGC's number.

 

That part I absolutely hate, He should've just acted like the winner and call those who lost.

I'll agree with this myself, but I think we need a confirmation from every other participant. We should also have some agreement on what happens if numbers change again for our favor. Just to make sure that the bet is fully covered from all aspects. That way nobody gets to whine afterwards (though some might say it is precisely what is happening now ;)

Morally, if the numbers don't change another time, the winner of the bet is obvious. Congratulations.
