Welp, might be only Driveclub for fall but on the other hand the PS4 already has 2 retail exclusives for the beginning of next year.

Yup exactly, it may be bad from a business point of view as they are missing holiday season, and fanboys have ammo for list wars, but for PS gamers, near future is looking really good.

Honestly, there are pros and cons to releasing in the holidays, the pro being that people just buy more, the con is that there's also alot more competition so you have to be really good or really popular to stick out.

So for Bloodborne I think it does not matter at all when it releases, the hardcore will buy it and it'll probably never be uberhuge. The Order could benefit from a holiday release, being marketed as a big new Sony IP and there holiday title, the problem is thst they just either haven't been able to show of the game very well or the game just is not as great as we would hope for and in both cases it could benefit from the added development time and less competition that comes with a february release.

Sure I agree.

In case of Bloodborne it doesn't matter, The Order could absolutely release in November. While October is stuffed as hell, November has like 5 bigger games?

And Feb may as well be pretty crowded, we already have the Order and Witcher 3, with a couple games delayed to early 2015 which most probably will be Feb or March, plus all the games with a vague 2015 release date.

So it is happening...PS4 preorder.

Greatness Awaits!
