What was Nintendo's biggest mistake and largest victory with "E3" this year?

Zelda is a big win, and finally having shooter content is a step forward. The presentation was also well done.

The biggest fail is not having 3rd party content. They should have done whatever it takes to have a couple key 3rd party games available, such COD and AC or Batman.
