Overall a bit underwhelming E3 since 3rd parties didn't bring many new games to E3, let alone some New IPs, maybe next year will be better in this regard.
MS and Sony had most of it's line ups either leaked or announced prior to E3, so few big surprises, but can't deny that they delivered games even if not direct gameplay mostly. Judging by how hyped the conference was and in what situation MS is in with the Xbone I expected way better showing from them although the conference dedicated only to games is commendable, didn't have much expectations from Sony and their conference beat mine easily.
Biggest winners for my are indies, and surprisingly best indies apart from No Mans Sky were on MS conference.
So it is happening...PS4 preorder.
