I agree with this article, other then the slow paced middle, sony showcased a far great diverse selection of games and more gameplay, exclusive content.

a few other sites that say sony won

One of thsoe is a blog and therefore no more valid than a post here.

There will be plenty of sites that think both won.

Which in iteslf is a MS win, considering where they came from in the last months.

Yea, it's a "blog".....in the same manner that Kotaku, Joystiq, etc. are "blogs", and I'm sure you give a little credence to sites like that (I could be wrong). But the guy at ExtremeTech has also written for IGN, Wired, The New York Times, and more. Can't downplay that. Anyway:

Hell, just google "Sony won E3 2014" and you get tons sites of praising for Sony. Google "Microsoft won E3 2014" and all you see is..."Sony won", "Sony lept ahead, Microsoft playing catch up", "Microsoft does deserve some credit" and one link saying "Sorry Sony, but MS won"....but that doesn't count because that's just a blog (by someone who hasn't written for reputable publications), right? You'd think if MS "won" there'd be some articles talking about how they won, but all it shows is mostly how they didn't win.
