I love my Wii and I love the RE series, but I'll probably get it for 360.

I am curious though what a "reduced" version of RE5 would be like on Wii. Most of you do realize that RE4 and Okami were developed on less powerful hardware(GC, PS2) right? Which made them easier to port to Wii than taking a game developed on more powerful hardware and then stripping away code and assets until it works on less powerful hardware.

I'm not saying don't put RE5 on Wii but how much are you willing to sacrifice? Sure there's the business side of it(increasing profits, satisfying fans, reaching a larger audience, etc.) but I think the quality of RE5:Wii Edition would suffer(yes I know it's not out yet and it's too early to say Wii can't handle it, but still...).

If Capcom released RE:UC 2, put as much effort in to it as RE4/5, and improved it tremendously would that be enough?
