I still believe that MS will drop the price of the 360 a week before GTA IV comes out. That maximizes the units sold at current price and gives a distinct advantage over PS3 when GTA IV hits the street. MS surely wanted to wait until a price cut will minimize the effect on the first quarter financials (MS 3rd Quarter) which ends on Monday. With 30 day price guarantees MS wants to wait until almost GTA IV release before cutting the price.
Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.
