I would say around 8 million or so. A lot of developers could just use a pre-existing engine from their PS2 and GameCube games. That reduce developments costs a lot for the Wii, as it does for the HD consoles.

Look at who made Red Steel... They didn't take the proper steps in minimizing development costs.

Gears of War was 10m. You would think a Wii game wouldn't cost as much as Gears if the developer took advantage of what the Wii has to offer.
