Exclusives don't matter that much. They will both still sell well thanks to all the 3rd party games.

The big majority is cross-gen though. I'm not saying some doom levels of course, but honestly I don't see any must have for the mainstream gamer to jump onboard next gen specifically with the exception of Ass Creed (surprising MS got the deal on the game btw!)
