More like the only reason 360 got a foothold was sony mistakes, letting MS have the market a year early and being more expensive right? Works both ways..Head to head Xbox does not have the brand power PS does worlwide.

He's right. Sony is always stared at with the most discerning eye because they have always covered their own end ever gen in some form or fashion. If they lose out at first they adapt to something to make themselves relevant again. Sonys brand power is astounding and without them the console industry wouldn't be as large as it is today.
