Mesoteto for Mod Status

dang I was just going to shatter his dreams...

But yeah if mesoteto becomes a mod now we will see a million "I want to be a mod too" threads... maybe we should just make everybody a mod... but without power and the mods become übermods... sure it would change nothing but everybody would feel better :)
