Why does Watch Dogs help PS4 but do nothing for XB1

But Max is pretty much an indie game as well. Certainly as much an indie game as Resogun is anyways.

I'm having a hard time following his logic as well. It seems like he is just saying that if he likes the game then it is AAA. Even forgetting some games exist.
