Actually it HAS to be on both. If it's on just one of the platforms, fans of the other platform will revolt. PS3 owners for not getting their promised game and PS4 owners for not getting it on a current platform.

Nobody revolted about FF VXIII, I think people want it on next gen, I doubt many people would be mad if it wasn't on PS3
