Why does Watch Dogs help PS4 but do nothing for XB1

Calm down... If you are mad just because of bundled Watch Dogs helping more PS4, you wont survive seeing Destiny PS4 bundle( much bigger than Watch Dogs) + asssassin's creed unity PS4 bundle effect, dont look, it'll be painful :/
