I'd say 2015 is pretty much guaranteed. ND has two teams, one of them made TLOU - and I assume is working on this unknown game right now - and the other finished U3 in 2011 - they've probably began U4 around that time.

So the only surprise would be a 2014 release date really.

No way in hell is this game going to release in 2014. I would bet everybody who thinks thats gonna happen

2015 seems realistic, but after everything that went with the Studio in the past few months I am not sure how far the project is and how much they have to re do. And don´t forget the reveal was a minute of nothing, not even a second of ingame footage.
