[userscripts] Ignore a fool via the wonder of extensibility

Seeing as userscripts.org is down, I am looking into using GreasyFork as an alternative host. I will need some guinea pigs to test some minor updates to the "forum Tweaks" and "recolour" scripts to see if they can actually auto-update when I make improvements.

Volunteers can post on my wall. Also, suggestions for new features and requests for colour schemes besides snot-green are always welcome.
